This sack probably took me around an hour to model and 30 minutes more to texture, definitely on the faster side. My favorite part of this project is the fact that I only needed to create one smart material for a procedural hand-painted texture and then modified it for every single asset. The most important thing was to change the roughness and normals, and wood turns into metal.
